(ii)     when we share your Personal Information with law enforcement or other authorities pursuant to law. This includes court orders, subpoenas, and orders arising from legal processes, and administrative or criminal investigations.

(iii)    when we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities, to protect and defend the rights, property or safety of us or the Site, our customers, or others, and in connection with our Terms of Service and other agreements.

 

4.             How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

 

Your personal information such as name and email address provided through the Site will be stored in our Server, located at North California. To prevent unauthorized access, loss, modification or leakage of information, we observe reasonable procedures. To protect your Personal Information while in transit, we currently use Secure Socket Layer encryption.

 

5.             How You Can delete Your Personal Information

 

You can request to delete your Personal Information by sending e-mail to info@drp-inc.com

 

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.  In addition, we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

 

6.             Cookies and Tracking Tools

 

We use several common tracking tools including cookies (collectively the “Tracking Tools”) for the following purposes:

(i)      to help us recognize your latest access status, and to monitor unauthorized access to our system.

 

The Help portion of your browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new Tracking Tools, how to have the browser notify you when you receive new Tracking Tools, or how to disable Tracking Tools altogether.

 

Please keep in mind that, without Tracking Tools, you may not have access to certain features on our Site.  Removing all Tracking Tools from your computer could also affect your subsequent visits to certain web sites, by requiring that, for example, you enter your login name when you return to that web site.

If you click through to third party websites, this Privacy Policy does not apply.  We recommend you examine the privacy statements posted on those other websites to understand their procedures for collecting, using and sharing personal information.

 

8.             Children’s Privacy

 

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18).  If we receive information from a child under the age of eighteen (18), we reserve the right to delete it.
